Remove 'commiting_way' from strings.xml

The string 'commiting_way' seems unused, is not referenced in Java code of any OsmAnd repository.
People do not know how to translate it (what the context is), and nobody replies to them at https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/osmand/main/sk/?type=nottranslated&offset=2#comments . Please check the string and remove it if it really isn't needed.
