31c63c24a2 Offline routing: added branch for visited segments (not complete) 
In car, the priorities of _link routes are quite important, they can
connect high ranked roads, so it is good to follow them early.

94353e24b3 Changed SunriseSunset interface to get offset in minutes 
SunriseSunset's constructor originally got the timezone offset in
fraction of hours. Changed it to get it in minutes, to make the API

ad18f510ba Issue 684. addr:housenumber was missing in obf under encoding types. 
It was because addr:housenumber had no value entries in the
rendering_types.xml.
Also added addr:housenumber to default.render.xml and
all-purpose.render.xml to show the house numbers.
This change needs regenerated maps because of the missing encoding type.

bb35e6f6b5 Making the tts voice files with separate version handling. 
TTS voice files and media voice files can differ in versions. Therefor,
it is fine to have them separate. From now on, the TTS has extension
.ttsvoice.zip. For older releases, the old files should stay at download
server.

d1fd070b07 Postcode can be anything that contains at least one digit. 
Until now, postcode search had to start with 2 digits which is not true
for UK postcodes and maybe also some other countries.
